Anurang Jain, the managing director of Endurance Technologies, an auto component manufacturer, is the nephew of the late Rahul Bajaj, a motorcycle tycoon. Jain established Endurance Technologies in 1985 to provide Bajaj Auto with aluminum castings.

Anurang Jain, with a net worth of USD 1.3 billion, holds a controlling stake in Endurance Technologies. The company provides components for two-wheelers and three-wheelers in India, as well as automotive parts in Europe. Endurance operates 18 factories in India and nine factories in Europe.

However, he made headlines in 2020 when he purchased two apartments worth Rs 100 crore in a luxury high-rise in Mumbai, located near the most expensive property in India – Mukesh Ambani’s official residence Antilia.

Anurang Jain made headlines when he purchased two luxurious flats measuring 6,371 sq ft at Mumbai’s prestigious Carmichael Road for a staggering Rs 100 crore, paying Rs 1,56,961 per sq ft, which is higher than the ready reckoner rate of Rs 46.43 crore for the two apartments.

Anurang Jain’s father Naresh Chandra retired as the chairman of Endurance Technologies and Varroc Engineering in 2020. Anurang Jain’s twin brother, Tarang Jain, runs Varroc Engineering, an auto components firm.
