Early Life
Devdatta Nage, born on February 5th, 1981, hails from Alibag in Raigad district, Maharashtra. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Lord Khandoba in the Zee Marathi series “Jai Malhar.”
Career
Devdatta Nage, the actor who is set to play Lord Hanuman in Adipurush, started his career on television with Colors TV’s serial Veer Shivaji. He also appeared in the show Laagi Tujhse Lagan and portrayed the character of Tanaji Malusare in it.

Devdatta Nage is currently residing in Mumbai and he is married to Kanchan Nage.
Debut in Marathi film industry
Devdatta Nage made his debut in the Marathi film industry with Sangharsh in 2014. He also made his Bollywood debut with Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai Dobara in 2013 and was later seen in Satyameva Jayate in 2018. In 2020, he appeared in the film Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior.

At the trailer launch, Devdatta shared how the cast and crew of the film would begin each day’s shoot by chanting ‘Jai Shri Ram’. He also praised the film’s dialogue writer Manoj Muntashir, stating that he has brought the epic story to life with his writing and that Goddess Saraswati resides in his hands.
