Established in 1992 by Madhav Goel, Tufropes is a company dedicated to manufacturing synthetic fiber ropes and netting solutions.

According to the Economic Times, Madhav Goel, the director of Tufropes, has recently acquired a lavish sea-facing apartment in South Mumbai for a staggering amount of Rs 121 crore. This opulent residence is situated in Lodha Malabar, which is recognized as one of the prestigious upcoming residential projects in the affluent area of South Mumbai.

In a noteworthy investment, Madhav Goel has acquired a sea-facing apartment spanning an impressive area of 9,546 square feet. Situated on the 19th floor of an under-construction building, the apartment is located on Walkeshwar Road. According to reports, the deal was finalized at a rate of Rs 1.26 lakh per square foot, highlighting the exclusivity and desirability of the property.

Currently, Madhav Goel resides in Sterling Apartments situated on Peddar Road. As reported by Hindustan Times, Goel finalized the property transaction by paying a stamp duty of Rs 7.26 crore.

The property is also home to apartments owned by Neeraj Bajaj, the chairman of Bajaj Auto, and JP Taparia, the founder of Famy Care.

In addition to his role as the director of Tufropes, Madhav Goel holds directorships in Polysil Drip Irrigation and Elixir Industries Private Ltd. Furthermore, he serves as a designated partner in SMG Designs LLP, Fibretech LLP, and Resin Agency LLP.

In recent times, prominent personalities from various fields have been actively investing in properties. Notably, BK Goenka, the chairperson of Welspun Group, industrialist Radhakishan Damani, and Bollywood stars Alia Bhatt and Kajol have also made significant purchases of apartments in Mumbai, showcasing the trend of high-profile individuals investing in real estate.
