Rhythm Chanana, a resident of Fatehgarh Sahib city in Punjab, has expressed that despite coming from a traditional family, her more progressive views have caused her to face challenges in getting along with her family.

In recent days, a young woman’s outfit while traveling in Delhi Metro has garnered a lot of attention on social media. Pictures of the unknown lady dressed in a short dress have become popular and sparked off an animated online debate. People have named her “Delhi Metro Girl”.

The intense discussion around the ‘Delhi Metro Girl’ went viral on the internet, eventually leading to the discovery of her true identity and Instagram account. Twitter users were able to find her Instagram handle ‘@prettypastry11112222’, which revealed that her real name is Rhythm Chanana.

Rhythm Chanana hails from Fatehgarh Sahib city in Punjab. In an interview with Aaj Tak, she mentioned that she belongs to a traditional family, but due to her liberal views, she faces difficulties in getting along with her family.

Rhythm Chanana’s Instagram page is filled with bold pictures of revealing herself in various outfits, similar to the ones she chose to wear on the Delhi Metro.

Rhythm Chanana clarified that she is not influenced by Urfi Javed (Uorfi) and chooses to wear clothes of her preference. She also confirmed through the internet that the viral pictures are true of her.

Interestingly, Rhythm Chanana used to post pictures of herself in traditional attire on her Instagram account initially. However, on October 9th of last year, she posted a bold photo for the first time with the caption “the calm before the storm!”

Rhythm Chanana is also pursuing a course at an acting school and is confident that she is on her way to becoming a successful model.

Rhythm Chanana considers her choice of clothes as a way to express herself. She mentioned that she did not face any problem anywhere except on the Pink Line Metro in Delhi due to her clothing.
