Rica and Kimi Jain’s journey as entrepreneurs is truly noteworthy. They began their journey in 2012 by manufacturing high-quality toiletries for hotels. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the sisters persevered and launched a lifestyle company offering bath ranges for both businesses and consumers. Their hard work, dedication, and passion for each other have led to impressive growth in just seven years. Their successful venture, Kimirica, has achieved an annual turnover of Rs 600 crore – a testament to the dynamic duo’s vision and hard work.

When Rica and Rajat Jain visited a hotel room and saw imported toiletries, they recognized an opportunity to start a business. They teamed up with their siblings Mohit and Kimi Jain to launch their venture, which led to a partnership with Hunter Amenities after just two years.

Their two venture named, Kimirica Lifestyle and Kimirica Hunter International collectively earns a whopping Rs 600 crore every year.

Kimi Jain, a native of a small village in India, her family moved to Indore in 1991 to provide her with better education opportunities. Rica Jain, on the other hand, grew up in Indore. Both of them got married to Mohit and Rajat Jain, who are siblings. The quartet shared a dream of starting their own business and in 2012, they launched their venture together.

In a remarkable feat, Kimi Jain pursued an MBA in e-commerce, while Rica Jain holds a pharmacy degree. Together, they have built a successful business offering a range of bath and skincare products.

In her company, there are currently 600 employees, with 80 percent of them being women. The majority of the sales of their complete bath and skin care products come from online channels while 25 percent are generated from physical stores.

According to a report by Your Story, the company sources its materials from within 100 km of its Indore plant.

While dealing with uncertainties, Kimi Jain and Rica Jain, the co-founders of Kimirica Hunter International, faced a tough challenge when their direct-to-customer lifestyle brand only attracted 2500 customers in its initial six months. Despite this, the two women never lost their determination and utilized the lockdown period to ramp up their online sales.

Kimi and Rica Jain are all set to expand their business to offline stores in the coming years. In addition to this, they are also looking to raise series A funding.

Kimi told that passion is the key to unlocking one’s potential, as she shared her experience with a media outlet.
