Alia Bhatt, a popular Bollywood actress, has reportedly bought a new house in Pali Hill, Bandra, and gifted two flats to her sister Shaheen Bhatt. The media has reported that the apartment, which Alia purchased for a price of 37.80 crores, covers an area of 2,497 square feet and is situated in the Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited. The property was registered on April 10, 2023, and Alia paid a stamp duty of 2.26 crores.
In addition to purchasing a new house for herself, recent reports have revealed that Alia Bhatt has gifted her sister, Shaheen Bhatt, with two flats through a prize certificate. One of the flats is located in GG Apartment on AB Nair Road in Juhu and is valued at 7.68 crores.
The other flat is located in the Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited in Pali Hill, Bandra, and is worth 37.80 crores. The two flats have a combined area of 2,086.75 square feet, and Alia has paid a stamp duty of 30.75 lakhs for both flats. She has also received a car parking slot. Notably, Alia has purchased all of these properties in the name of her production house, Eternal Sunshine Production.
Alia Bhatt and her partner Ranbir Kapoor are in the process of constructing a new house, which is almost halfway completed. The house will be equipped with modern amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, gym, spa, office space, playing area, and parking. According to reports, Neetu Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor’s mother, is also expected to live in the new house once it’s completed.
