Dolly Jain learned the art of saree draping after getting married to a family that allowed only sarees. She began experimenting with different draping styles to keep things interesting. Now she’s a master of 325 styles, from traditional Gujarati to modern Lehenga style.

Despite being laughed at by friends and family for her career idea, Dolly Jain persisted. Her dream of turning her saree draping skills into a profession was realized when she received her first certificate from Limca Records, after sending them a CD of her work and them initially not taking her seriously.

According to reports, Dolly Jain charges between Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 2 lakhs for her draping services. She recently styled international celebrity Gigi Hadid’s saree at the launch of Nita Mukesh Ambani Culture Centre, which received a lot of praise.
